Join PMFTC as a Supply Chain Services Executive and play a pivotal role in transforming logistics and operational excellence across our dynamic supply chain network. Based in the vibrant hubs of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you will lead the local implementation of high-impact Supply Chain projects and initiatives, driving efficiency, cost optimization, and seamless collaboration between global and regional teams.

Responsibility
- Lead the local implementation of global and regional Supply Chain projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Optimize logistics and distribution networks to reduce costs, improve delivery times, and enhance service levels.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to streamline inventory management and demand forecasting.
- Develop and monitor KPIs and performance metrics to track supply chain efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies to eliminate waste and enhance productivity.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies in all supply chain operations, including safety and sustainability standards.
- Manage stakeholder relationships with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to foster collaboration and resolve operational challenges.
- Leverage data analytics and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to generate actionable insights and support decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership or project management role.
- Proven track record in project implementation, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
