Responsibility
- Develop and execute purchasing and procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective and timely material sourcing.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels, demand forecasts, and supplier performance to optimize stock availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, logistics, finance) to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to secure favorable terms while maintaining quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including delays, shortages, or cost fluctuations.
- Implement lean supply chain practices to reduce waste and improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present reports and KPIs on procurement, inventory turnover, and supplier performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in cable and connectivity solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or purchasing, preferably in manufacturing or electronics.
- Proven expertise in demand planning, inventory management, and supplier negotiations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel for data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a multicultural environment.
- Familiarity with global trade compliance and import/export regulations is a plus.
- Certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or similar are highly advantageous.
