Responsibility
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to minimize downtime.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
- Inspect and test products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets and improve workflow efficiency.
- Document production data, including output, defects, and machine performance, for reporting purposes.
- Assist in the setup and calibration of machinery for different production runs.
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge of new equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate machinery safely.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
