Responsibility
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to ensure on-time delivery and optimal resource utilization.
- Monitor and analyze production processes to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., procurement, quality control, logistics) to align production with demand forecasts.
- Determine material, labor, and equipment requirements at optimal levels to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as output rates, cycle times, and defect rates.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all production activities.
- Collaborate with management to forecast production needs and adjust schedules accordingly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning, control, or operations within the manufacturing sector.
- Proficient in production scheduling software (e.g., ERP, MRP, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
