Responsibility
- Assist in planning and coordinating daily manufacturing and logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Support the scheduling of production activities, including machine allocation and workforce planning.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
- Coordinate with transport and logistics teams to ensure efficient movement of goods and materials.
- Prepare reports on production performance, inventory status, and logistics efficiency.
- Assist in implementing lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to align planning activities with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in planning, logistics, or manufacturing operations (internships or academic projects are acceptable).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas) and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
