Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end supply chain projects, from scoping and planning to execution and delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, logistics, warehousing, and finance) to optimize processes and reduce operational costs.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory management, demand forecasting, and supplier performance.
- Identify risks and opportunities in the supply chain, proposing data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and resilience.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and KPIs, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, such as the adoption of ERP systems, automation tools, or AI-driven analytics.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, as well as company policies and sustainability standards.
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to negotiate contracts and improve service levels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, PMP) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, or a similar role, preferably in manufacturing, retail, or direct selling industries.
- Proven track record of leading successful supply chain projects, with a focus on process improvement and cost reduction.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain software (e.g., JDA, Manhattan Associates).
- Knowledge of lean methodologies, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement frameworks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
