Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of supply chain and procurement processes, ensuring alignment with Cargillâs global standards and local regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with IT, finance, and operations teams to deploy ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and other digital tools to streamline workflows.
- Conduct gap analyses and process audits to identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes across departments.
- Optimize vendor and supplier relationships by negotiating contracts, assessing performance, and mitigating risks.
- Monitor KPIs and metrics (e.g., lead times, cost savings, inventory turnover) to measure the impact of implemented solutions.
- Provide training and support to stakeholders on new systems, tools, and methodologies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in supply chain digitization, sustainability, and procurement innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. Masterâs degree or certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or process improvement, preferably in agribusiness, manufacturing, or FMCG sectors.
- Proven track record of leading process implementation projects, including ERP or digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and Excel.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to influence cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with lean methodologies, Six Sigma, or Agile frameworks is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus.
