Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Track shipments, resolve delays, and communicate updates to stakeholders to maintain transparency.
- Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, such as shipping records, invoices, and customs paperwork.
- Analyze logistics data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving logistics-related issues.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator, Supply Chain Assistant, or similar role in the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of logistics processes, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., ERP systems, TMS, or WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving logistics challenges.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
- Ability to work remotely and manage tasks independently with minimal supervision.
