Responsibility
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products while adhering to safety and compliance standards.
- Develop and implement production schedules, optimizing resource allocation to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate production teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (e.g., output rates, defect rates, cycle times) to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality control protocols, conducting regular audits and resolving non-conformance issues promptly.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and maintenance teams to streamline workflows and reduce operational costs.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to enhance productivity and eliminate waste.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role within the manufacturing sector.
- Proven expertise in production planning, inventory management, and process optimization.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with ISO standards, 5S methodology, and Kaizen principles.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills in English.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and adapt to a fast-paced, multicultural work environment.
