Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a high-performing branch team to achieve operational and financial targets.
- Oversee daily branch operations, including service delivery, inventory management, and compliance with company policies.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards across all branch activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and support business growth initiatives.
- Manage client relationships, addressing escalations and ensuring service excellence.
- Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in pest control, logistics, or manufacturing.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive data-informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, inventory management, and operational KPIs.
- Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
