Responsibility
- Supplier Sourcing & Assessment: Identify, evaluate, and shortlist potential suppliers and vendors based on quality, cost, reliability, and compliance with company standards.
- Quotation & Bid Management: Request, analyze, and compare quotations and bids to ensure competitive pricing and optimal value for the organization.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Vendor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure long-term partnerships and consistent supply chain performance.
- Market & Industry Analysis: Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends, pricing fluctuations, and emerging suppliers.
- Cost Optimization: Develop and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality or service delivery.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all sourcing activities adhere to legal, ethical, and company policies, mitigating potential risks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, logistics, and finance teams to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in sourcing, procurement, or vendor management, preferably in Manufacturing, Transport, or Logistics.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve cost-efficient outcomes.
- Analytical Abilities: Proficiency in data analysis, cost-benefit assessments, and supplier performance metrics.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of supply chain dynamics, vendor landscapes, and procurement best practices.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with ERP systems, procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and Microsoft Excel for data management.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and time-management skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
