Responsibility
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve delivery performance.
- Oversee logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and sales teams to forecast demand, manage inventory levels, and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers, carriers, and third-party logistics providers to secure favorable terms.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across all supply chain activities.
- Leverage technology and data analytics to enhance visibility and decision-making in supply chain operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain or logistics management, preferably in a multinational or manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of optimizing supply chain processes, reducing costs, and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and incoterms.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is an advantage.
