Responsibility
- Operate and monitor production line machinery, including feeding, mixing, and packaging equipment, to ensure optimal performance.
- Handle raw materials and finished products with care, adhering to strict hygiene and safety protocols.
- Perform quality checks at various stages of production to maintain compliance with industry and company standards.
- Package and palletize finished products efficiently, ensuring accurate labeling and proper storage.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including regular equipment cleaning and minor maintenance tasks.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to minimize errors and maximize productivity.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Record production data, including output quantities, downtime, and quality metrics, for reporting purposes.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in manufacturing or logistics is a plus.
- Prior experience in production, warehousing, or a similar role is preferred but not requiredâtraining will be provided.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to following safety and quality guidelines.
- Basic understanding of machinery operation or willingness to learn technical skills on the job.
- Good teamwork and communication skills to coordinate effectively with colleagues.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays, as per production schedules.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or food safety standards is advantageous.
