In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain lifecycle, ensuring seamless operations from procurement to final delivery.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory turnover and reduce lead times.
- Manage end-to-end import/export documentation and compliance in alignment with regional trade regulations.
- Coordinate closely with 3PL providers to ensure accurate stock management, on-time delivery, and quality control.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline warehouse operations and logistics workflows.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management regarding operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales departments to ensure alignment between demand planning and supply availability.
- Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks to maintain business continuity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (min. 3-5 years) in supply chain operations within the Fashion or FMCG industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of import/export processes, custom regulations, and freight forwarding.
- Proficiency in managing 3PL operations and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (preferred for effective communication with regional stakeholders).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP software.
