Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, warehousing, and distribution.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of pharmaceutical products.
- Optimize inventory levels to minimize costs while maintaining service levels and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Analyze logistics data to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for audits, shipments, and inventory tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and align supply chain strategies with business goals.
- Ensure adherence to Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and other pharmaceutical industry regulations.
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and escalate issues to management with actionable recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or logistics, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, or supply chain software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage relationships with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of GDP, GMP, or other regulatory compliance standards is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian) are advantageous.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
