Join Coherent as a Supply Chain Onboarding & Compliance Program Manager in Bali and drive excellence in global supply chain operations. This pivotal role focuses on fostering a culture of continuous improvement, ethical sourcing, and compliance across our manufacturing and logistics networks. You will lead strategic initiatives to ensure suppliers meet rigorous quality, sustainability, and regulatory standards while optimizing onboarding processes for efficiency and scalability.

Your expertise will directly impact operational resilience, cost efficiency, and stakeholder trust in our global value chain.
Responsibility
- Develop and implement compliance frameworks for supplier onboarding, ensuring adherence to ethical sourcing, quality, and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, ESG, local/industry-specific requirements).
- Lead risk assessments and audits of new and existing suppliers, identifying gaps and recommending corrective actions to maintain supply chain integrity.
- Design and optimize onboarding workflows, reducing time-to-activation while ensuring thorough due diligence for vendors, contractors, and partners.
- Collaborate with procurement, legal, and operations teams to align compliance programs with business objectives and mitigate disruptions.
- Monitor and report on KPIs related to supplier performance, compliance rates, and onboarding efficiency, presenting insights to senior leadership.
- Train and mentor internal teams and suppliers on compliance best practices, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of emerging regulations (e.g., trade laws, environmental policies) and proactively adjust programs to ensure ongoing adherence.
- Drive sustainability initiatives within the supply chain, including carbon footprint reduction and responsible material sourcing.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field; Masterâs or certification (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in supply chain compliance, vendor management, or onboarding, preferably in manufacturing or high-tech industries.
- Deep knowledge of international compliance standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, RBA, etc.) and risk management frameworks.
- Proven ability to design and execute compliance programs, including policy development, training, and audit processes.
- Strong analytical and project management skills, with experience using tools like SAP, Oracle, or compliance software.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to influence cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical business practices and sustainability in supply chain operations.
