Responsibility
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery for solar energy projects.
- Oversee procurement processes, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management to ensure high-quality materials and services.
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock, aligning with project timelines and budget constraints.
- Coordinate logistics and distribution for solar equipment, ensuring timely delivery to project sites across Bali and beyond.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and engineering teams to forecast demand, budget allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Implement sustainable and ethical sourcing practices in line with MSpectrumâs commitment to environmental responsibility.
- Utilize data analytics and KPIs to track supply chain performance and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations governing supply chain operations in the renewable energy sector.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics, preferably in the energy, manufacturing, or renewable sectors.
- Proven track record in vendor management, contract negotiation, and cost optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, and supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
- Knowledge of sustainable supply chain practices and familiarity with renewable energy industry standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a problem-solving mindset.
- Certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or Six Sigma are highly advantageous.
