Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans to ensure timely procurement and distribution of materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Analyze demand forecasts and align supply chain activities to meet production and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to optimize workflow and reduce costs.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain efficiency and inventory turnover.
- Identify risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and shipments using ERP systems.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain processes and reduce lead times.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or logistics.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and just-in-time (JIT) inventory principles is a plus.
- Familiarity with international trade regulations and customs procedures.
- Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is an advantage.
