Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) and conduct regular stock audits to prevent discrepancies.
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to maximize storage capacity and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations in the warehouse.
- Prepare and analyze logistics reports, including performance metrics, to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure adherence to company policies and operational standards.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to align logistics operations with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of logistics regulations, customs procedures, and import/export documentation (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
