Responsibility
- Manage and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, and inventory control.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance supplier performance.
- Coordinate with vendors, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct demand forecasting, and prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
- Oversee warehouse operations, including storage, handling, and distribution of goods.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and propose actionable solutions.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, as well as company policies.
- Prepare reports on supply chain performance, KPIs, and cost-saving initiatives for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement roles.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (IMS), ERP software, and supply chain best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with incoterms, customs regulations, and international shipping procedures.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
