Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
- Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer demands.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process enhancements.
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain bottlenecks and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Manage vendor and supplier relationships to negotiate contracts, ensure quality, and maintain cost-effective sourcing.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and sustainability standards.
- Leverage data analytics and forecasting tools to predict demand and optimize inventory levels.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Masterâs degree or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the Food & Beverage or FMCG industry.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and cross-functional projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- In-depth knowledge of inventory management, demand planning, and logistics optimization.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a day shift and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
