Responsibility

  • Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
  • Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer demands.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process enhancements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain bottlenecks and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Manage vendor and supplier relationships to negotiate contracts, ensure quality, and maintain cost-effective sourcing.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and sustainability standards.
  • Leverage data analytics and forecasting tools to predict demand and optimize inventory levels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the Food & Beverage or FMCG industry.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and cross-functional projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain software.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of inventory management, demand planning, and logistics optimization.
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a day shift and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
