Responsibility
- Oversee and optimize the entire supply chain process, from raw material sourcing to final product delivery, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to secure high-quality materials at competitive prices while maintaining supplier relationships.
- Manage inventory levels, demand forecasting, and warehouse operations to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
- Coordinate with production, sales, and logistics teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives and customer demands.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, quality standards, and ethical sourcing practices.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain agility, reduce lead times, and improve overall operational performance.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers to secure favorable terms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing, furniture, or home goods industries.
- Proven track record in procurement, inventory management, and demand planning with a focus on cost reduction and efficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, and supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with internal and external partners.
- Experience working in international supply chains and familiarity with import/export regulations is highly desirable.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a bonus.
