Responsibility
- Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance to identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment for all team members.
- Monitor production output and quality, ensuring all products meet company standards and specifications.
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues and coordinate with maintenance teams for complex repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, including output, downtime, and quality checks.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve overall efficiency.
- Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role within manufacturing or logistics.
- Technical certification or vocational training in machinery operation, mechanical engineering, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong understanding of machinery functions, safety protocols, and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and production schedules.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues.
