Responsibility
- Oversee and optimize warehouse operations, including inventory management, storage, and distribution.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Monitor and maintain supply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure efficient sourcing and supplier management.
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all supply chain activities.
- Analyze market trends and demand forecasts to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
- Implement technology-driven solutions to enhance supply chain visibility and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in supply chain management, with a focus on warehouse and logistics operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive operational excellence.
- Proficiency in supply chain software and tools, such as ERP systems and inventory management platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in supply chain and logistics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is a plus.
