Responsibility
- Assist in inventory management, including tracking stock levels, conducting audits, and ensuring accuracy in warehouse records.
- Support the procurement team in sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, and evaluating vendor performance.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, sales, logistics) to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Prepare reports on supply chain metrics, such as lead times, order fulfillment rates, and cost savings.
- Assist in demand forecasting and capacity planning to align supply with business needs.
- Participate in logistics optimization projects, including route planning and transportation cost analysis.
- Collaborate on sustainability initiatives to reduce waste and improve eco-friendly practices in the supply chain.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and familiarity with ERP or inventory management software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate across departments.
- Basic understanding of supply chain principles, including procurement, warehousing, and distribution.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Passion for sustainability and process improvement in logistics operations.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
