Responsibility
- Assist in daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Conduct inventory management tasks, such as stock checking, cycle counting, and reconciliation.
- Support material handling processes to ensure efficient workflow and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize storage space and improve warehouse layout.
- Prepare and process shipping and receiving documentation with accuracy.
- Assist in order fulfillment and ensure timely delivery of products to stores or clients.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to supervisors for resolution.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse productivity.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related degree program.
- Basic understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools for data entry and analysis.
- Familiarity with logistics terminology and basic supply chain principles is advantageous.
