Responsibility
- Assist in coordinating production activities and ensuring timely material flow between departments.
- Support inventory management by tracking stock levels, conducting audits, and identifying discrepancies.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to optimize transportation routes and reduce delivery lead times.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order fulfillment rates and inventory turnover.
- Assist in vendor coordination, including order placement, follow-ups, and performance evaluations.
- Contribute to process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for logistics operations.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Basic understanding of supply chain concepts, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic data analysis) and familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
