Responsibility
- Develop and maintain comprehensive production schedules to meet customer demand and operational goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement teams to ensure adequate material supply.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, logistics, sales) to align schedules and resolve bottlenecks.
- Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and delivery timelines.
- Generate reports on production performance, inventory turnover, and capacity utilization.
- Implement best practices in inventory control to minimize waste and reduce costs.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or logistics.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with ISO or other quality management standards is advantageous.
