Responsibility
- Develop and maintain efficient shift schedules for aviation support staff.

- Liaise with HR and department heads to address staffing shortages or conflicts.

Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Aviation Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in shift planning, preferably in aviation or logistics.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
