Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive quality control inspections on raw materials and finished perfume products to ensure adherence to company and industry standards.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures to enhance product consistency and reliability.
- Perform sensory evaluations and laboratory tests to assess the quality, stability, and performance of fragrance products.
- Collaborate with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues promptly.
- Document and analyze quality control data, preparing detailed reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements, including safety and environmental standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize quality control processes and reduce defects.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality assurance best practices and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in the cosmetics, fragrance, or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and regulatory standards such as ISO, GMP, and FDA.
- Proficient in using laboratory equipment and techniques for product testing and analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in quality assurance or related fields is a plus.
