Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end logistics operations, including domestic and international shipments, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Oversee customs compliance, preparing and verifying all necessary documentation (e.g., invoices, packing lists, permits) to facilitate smooth clearance.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory and stock levels, implementing systems to track shipments, receipts, and distributions.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to resolve shipment delays, discrepancies, or issues.
- Develop and optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
- Generate and analyze logistics reports to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure adherence to local and international regulations, as well as company policies and safety standards.
- Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and finance teams to align logistics activities with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics coordination, supply chain management, or a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or international trade.
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations, import/export procedures, and international shipping documentation.
- Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and best practices for stock control.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are a plus.
