Responsibility
- Assist in overseeing daily production operations to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Support the planning, coordination, and control of manufacturing processes to meet production targets.
- Monitor production schedules and workflows to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Assist in training and guiding production staff to maintain high performance and adherence to protocols.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including output, quality metrics, and resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or related fields) or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data analysis tools.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges with a proactive attitude.
- Prior internship or project experience in manufacturing or production is a plus.
