Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee daily freight and logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and resolve any operational issues.
- Monitor and track shipments, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to operations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist in the development and execution of operational plans to meet business objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations, logistics, or a similar role within the freight or transportation industry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local and international freight regulations is a plus.
