Responsibility
- Process and verify customer orders with high accuracy to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and report discrepancies.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to pick, pack, and ship orders efficiently.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and order processing software.
- Resolve order discrepancies and communicate with customers or internal teams as needed.
- Maintain organized and clean workspace to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
- Assist in preparing shipping documentation and labels for domestic and international deliveries.
- Collaborate with logistics partners to optimize delivery routes and reduce transit times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in order fulfillment, warehouse operations, or logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic understanding of inventory control principles and supply chain processes.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 20 kg.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics are advantageous.
