Join Se-Cure Waste Management as a Senior Security Officer and play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety, compliance, and operational integrity of our waste management facilities in Bali. This position is critical in upholding the highest standards of security in alignment with PLRD (Police Licensing and Regulatory Department) and PWM (Public Waste Management) guidelines.
As a Senior Security Officer, you will oversee security protocols, conduct risk assessments, and lead a team to maintain a secure environment for our staff, assets, and operations. Your expertise will help mitigate risks, enforce regulatory compliance, and contribute to the smooth functioning of our waste management processes across key locations in Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Kuta.

Responsibility
- Lead and supervise security personnel to ensure adherence to company policies, PLRD, and PWM regulations.
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive security protocols for waste management facilities.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigations.
- Oversee access control, surveillance systems, and incident response procedures.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance with legal requirements.
- Investigate security breaches, incidents, or violations and prepare detailed reports.
- Train staff on emergency procedures, safety protocols, and security best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of security activities, including logs, incident reports, and compliance documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in security management, preferably in industrial, logistics, or waste management sectors.
- Valid security license issued by PLRD or equivalent regulatory authority in Indonesia.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing security teams.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian security regulations, particularly those governing waste management and industrial operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess risks and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders, staff, and authorities.
- Proficiency in security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
