Responsibility
- Conduct thorough pre-delivery inspections of products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Identify and document defects, discrepancies, or non-conformities, and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality assurance teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Maintain accurate inspection records, reports, and documentation for traceability and audits.
- Utilize inspection tools, equipment, and software to perform precise measurements and assessments.
- Ensure all products meet regulatory, safety, and customer requirements before shipment.
- Provide feedback to management on recurring quality issues and suggest process improvements.
- Adhere to company policies, industry standards, and best practices in quality control.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to detect even minor defects or inconsistencies.
- Proficiency in using inspection tools, gauges, and measurement equipment.
- Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Basic computer skills, including experience with data entry and reporting software.
- Certification in quality control or inspection (e.g., CQI, ASQ) is a plus.
