Responsibility

  • Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using digital systems and conduct regular stock audits.
  • Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and stock availability.
  • Implement and monitor safety, security, and hygiene standards in the warehouse.
  • Optimize storage space and organize inventory for efficient retrieval and minimal waste.
  • Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading and delivery notes.
  • Resolve discrepancies in inventory counts and investigate issues with suppliers or internal teams.
  • Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and warehouse performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in warehouse management, inventory control, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
