Responsibility
- Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using digital systems and conduct regular stock audits.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and stock availability.
- Implement and monitor safety, security, and hygiene standards in the warehouse.
- Optimize storage space and organize inventory for efficient retrieval and minimal waste.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading and delivery notes.
- Resolve discrepancies in inventory counts and investigate issues with suppliers or internal teams.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and warehouse performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in warehouse management, inventory control, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management software and ERP systems.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data entry tools.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in warehouse operations.
