Responsibility
- Issue production materials to various departments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring stock accuracy and minimizing discrepancies.
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming deliveries, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders.
- Organize and manage warehouse storage systems to optimize space and ensure easy retrieval of items.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and hazard-free warehouse environment at all times.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in physical inventory audits as required.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline warehouse processes and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a related field (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Certification or experience in operating forklifts and other warehouse machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data accurately.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25 kg) and perform repetitive tasks.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory management software.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and commitment to adhering to workplace safety standards.
