As a key member of our procurement team, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth supply chain operations, sourcing high-quality materials, and negotiating with vendors to secure the best deals. Responsibility

  • Assist in the procurement of raw materials, equipment, and services to support manufacturing and logistics operations.
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors to negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely restocking.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and contracts with accuracy.
  • Conduct market research to identify cost-effective and high-quality suppliers.
  • Track order statuses and resolve any delays or discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain organized records of purchases, agreements, and expenditures.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure budget compliance and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1-2 years) in purchasing, procurement, or a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and procurement software.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
