Responsibility
- Conduct thorough outgoing quality inspections on finished products to ensure compliance with established standards and specifications.
- Document and report inspection results, including any defects or non-conformities, using standardized quality control tools and software.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and logistics teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Perform visual, dimensional, and functional tests on products using appropriate measuring instruments and test equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, test data, and quality metrics for traceability and continuous improvement.
- Assist in the development and revision of quality control procedures and work instructions.
- Participate in internal audits and support external audits as required to ensure adherence to ISO and other relevant standards.
- Provide feedback to production teams to enhance product quality and reduce defect rates.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in quality control, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and techniques (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, 5S).
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management systems is a plus.
- Proficient in using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine).
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills to identify defects and root causes.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
