Responsibility
- Assist in the procurement process by preparing purchase orders, requests for quotations, and other procurement documents.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed to avoid shortages.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their offerings.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and terms with suppliers to secure the best pricing and terms.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their procurement needs and provide support.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or a similar administrative role.
