Based in the vibrant regions of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance our logistical capabilities. Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and transport companies to negotiate contracts and optimize delivery schedules.
- Oversee inventory management, including tracking stock levels, conducting audits, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Plan and execute logistics strategies to minimize costs and maximize productivity.
- Resolve any logistics-related issues, such as delays or discrepancies, in a timely and effective manner.
- Prepare and present reports on logistics performance, highlighting areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations and customs requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement, warehouse, and sales, to align logistics activities with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Knowledge of local and international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and incoterms.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluency in English; additional languages, particularly Bahasa Indonesia, are a plus.
