Whether you're assisting with stock organization, order fulfillment, or asset tracking, your efforts will directly impact our operational efficiency.

Responsibility
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing inventory items in the warehouse.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
- Support the Property Management team in tracking and maintaining company assets.
- Prepare and package orders for Direct Sales fulfillment with accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with Operations staff to ensure timely distribution of materials to designated departments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace in compliance with safety standards.
- Assist in loading/unloading delivery vehicles as needed.
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift and move items up to 20-25 kg.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for inventory documentation.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Prior experience in warehouse, retail, or logistics environments is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required.
- Good communication skills in English (basic Indonesian is beneficial).
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or handheld scanners is advantageous.
