Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations in manufacturing and logistics, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise on-site and off-site teams to meet production and delivery targets.
- Monitor workflow and productivity, implementing improvements where necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health and safety protocols.
- Liaise with other departments to streamline processes and resolve operational challenges.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain operational efficiency.
- Train and mentor staff to enhance performance and foster a positive work environment.
- Prepare and submit operational reports to management for review.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations supervision, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of improving productivity.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Relevant certification in operations management or logistics is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for off-site supervision.
