Responsibility
- Supervise daily station operations, including inventory control, dispatch, and receiving.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of station staff, fostering a culture of accountability and efficiency.
- Coordinate with transport and logistics teams to optimize delivery schedules and routes.
- Monitor and report on KPIs, productivity metrics, and operational costs.
- Resolve logistical challenges and implement corrective actions to prevent disruptions.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, stock levels, and equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve service quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
- Proven experience in supervisory or operational roles (preferred but not mandatory for entry-level candidates).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and logistics software is a plus.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards in logistics.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Willingness to work on-site in Canggu, Badung with occasional travel to other Bali locations.
