Responsibility
- Manage and oversee the safekeeping, testing, and inventory of POS terminals and related assets.
- Coordinate logistics operations, including transportation, storage, and distribution of equipment.
- Liaise with the Head Office to ensure alignment on operational procedures and reporting.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain accuracy in inventory records.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to POS terminals and logistics processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present reports on logistics performance, challenges, and improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics, operations, or inventory management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic technical troubleshooting is a plus.
