Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance and control systems to meet industry and company standards.
- Conduct rigorous inspections and tests on materials, products, and processes to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Identify and document quality issues, root causes, and corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline production processes and enhance product quality.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, non-conformities, and improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance data to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to ISO, ASTM, and other relevant quality standards and regulations.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in QA/QC roles within manufacturing, transport, or logistics industries.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), inspection techniques, and testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in using quality control tools such as Six Sigma, Lean, or 5S.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ASME, or other industry-specific standards is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and work on a contract basis.
