Responsibility
- Assist in daily supply chain operations, including inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Support procurement activities, such as vendor selection, negotiation, and purchase order processing.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate and execute process improvement initiatives.
- Participate in project planning and coordination, ensuring timely and efficient project delivery.
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date records of supply chain activities and transactions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies and policies.
- Provide administrative support to the supply chain team as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
- Basic understanding of supply chain principles and practices.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a proactive approach to work.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
