Responsibility
- Assist in the coordination and management of supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
- Support the team in analyzing supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Help maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and deliveries using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any discrepancies.
- Participate in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommendations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, sales, and finance, to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting innovative ideas and best practices.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude, with a passion for supply chain and logistics.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
