Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage logistics operations, including transportation and delivery schedules.
- Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring accurate stocktaking and inventory management.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient supply chain processes.
- Monitor and report on supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all logistics and warehouse activities.
- Handle documentation and record-keeping related to shipments, deliveries, and inventory.
- Provide support in resolving any logistics-related issues or delays.
- Drive company vehicles as needed for deliveries and pickups (valid driving license required).
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain operations.
- Valid driving license (Class 3) with a clean driving record.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work overtime as required.
